Oxfam America's "Ending Hunger Starts Here"
Women and girls make up the majority of people living in poverty. And although women produce most of the world's food, millions of rural women are facing hunger. In honor of the 100th Anniversary of International Women's Day in March 2011, women (and men) around the country are teaming up with Oxfam America to fight this injustice. We are raising awareness about hunger, climate change, and other crises facing women worldwide.
And we are calling on an investment in women farmers, so we can fight hunger and poverty now and for generations to come.
Please take a moment to be a part of Oxfam America's photobook for International Women's Day 2011! Upload your photo to show your support of women fighting hunger.
